1. Agreement

By accessing or using SaasIt.ai services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SaasIt.ai provides AI-powered consulting, software development, and technical mentoring services. All engagements are governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work agreed upon between SaasIt.ai and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. SaasIt.ai retains rights to reusable code, frameworks, and tools developed independently.

4. Privacy Policy

We collect minimal personal data - only what is necessary to deliver our services and communicate with you. We do not sell your data to third parties. Analytics are collected in aggregate via PostHog for product improvement purposes.

5. Limitation

SaasIt.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
